PRE ORDER FOR CHRISTMAS! Dispatch will be mid - end of December!

We've partnered with Akaroa King Salmon to bring you the very best of the ocean.

As the world's smallest ocean King salmon farmers, we are committed to quality over quantity. We do not use artificial lighting on our farm to promote the growth of our fish, allowing them to grow naturally in the waters of the Akaroa Harbour. We are the first King salmon farm in the world to adopt Bio Mar’s Blue impact feed program, the innovative feed program helps us to reduce the impact on wild caught fish meal required in our feed by utilizing fermented algae oil, fish trimmings and insect meal.

We are a partnership with Ngāti Porou, Ōnuku Rūnanga, and the Bates family, who founded Akaroa Salmon 40 years ago. We are proudly 100% New Zealand owned.

1 x whole fillet of Salmon - aprox 1kg
