Barbecue lamb on charcoal

I barbecued my butterflied lamb on my charcoal Webber, the family agreed it was moist and delicious. I used Pohutakawa chunks to addd some smoke flavor to the lamb and potatoes, amazing. So nice to be eating meat where we know it’s come directly from a NZ farm doing amazing things.
